spring has sprung

Today was the first day of spring! I can't tell you how happy it makes me. How long has it been hiding? It always catches my attention how I emerge from the winter as a different person. It seems as though we do a lot of our growing in those winter months.

I hate being cold.

Why won't it just stop already? It's freaking March now, and it's presently below 20 degrees outside. I'm glad I'm sitting by a fire.
